3. Software License and Termination Rights

The EduCat Software License facilitates the acquisition of EduCat software through purchases, granting users unrestricted access to its comprehensive functionalities. Tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, EduCat empowers users to create compelling design. This license entails a straightforward and flexible arrangement, exempting users from recurring fees or subscriptions. However, it is important to acknowledge that the licensor retains the right to terminate the license without conditions or prerequisites. This termination provision enables the licensor to exercise control over software distribution and utilization. Opting for the EduCat Software License enables users to enjoy the benefits of the software while recognizing the licensor's unrestricted termination rights, which provide adaptability and address potential unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed at the beginning of each purchase using the credit card information you provided. By purchasing, you authorize EduCat to charge your credit card for the fee.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with the platform, please contact us for resolution.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to use the platform responsibly. Any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to violating applicable laws or infringing on the rights of others, may result in termination of your account without notice.

7. Changes to the Service

EduCat reserves the right to update or modify the platform at any time. Users will see the changes upon their next use of the platform. No further notifications will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

EduCat does not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduCat expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. EduCat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall EduCat's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the platform exceed the amount you paid EduCat in the past three months for the service in question.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taiwan for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the platform.
